1. Become a member of Annabelle website by registering through “JOIN US" link on the top of the page to enjoy our plentiful product designs and special priviledges for members.

2. Go to "Products” to select the items that you want. You can see product details by clicking on the picture of the product itself. Once you are on the product detail page, please select the color (in case the product has several color options) and then click “Add to Cart” button to place an order for that item. Then fill in quantity and click “OK” to confirm your item selection. You can continue shopping more items by clicking “Continue Shopping” button on the next page.  

3. On “My Shopping Cart” page, you can edit your shopping cart, remove the unwanted items, change quantity, redeem your member points for discount, choose shipping method and so on. Once you are ready to place an order, you can proceed to check out by clicking “Check Out” button.

4. Enter your billing and shipping address. Please make sure all the information provided is correct. Then, click “Continue” button to proceed to “Confirm Your Order” page.

5. Choose your desired payment method and then click “Place Order”.

For domestic customers, you can make a payment through Paysbuy or transfer money to our bank accounts as follows:

For international customers, you can follow the same steps in making an order. Once we have received your order, we will notify you the total amount of your order including international shipping cost via e-mail. The payment can be made through telegraphic transfer to our bank accounts as stated above or through paypal to our account (

6. After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail automatically sent from the system.

7. We will also send a separate e-mail to confirm with you that all the selected items are in stock or notify you the revised invoice amount in case that some items are out of stock. Please do not make a payment until you have got our confirmation e-mail.

8. After you have transferred money to our account, please let us know details of your payment through Notify Payment or by e-mail to (with order number, date & time of payment, destination bank, payment amount). We reserve the rights to cancel your order if the payment does not reach us within 5 business days.

9. You can check the status of your order by clicking the “Track Your Order” link.

1. After we have received your payment in full, we will ship your package via Thailand Post based on the following shipping schedule:
  • For payment made after 12.00 pm on Thursday up until 12.00 pm on Monday, order will be shipped on Tuesday.
  • For Payment made after 12.00 pm on Monday up until 12.00 pm on Thursday, order will be shipped on Friday.

2. For standard shipping, we will charge shipping & handling fee of 40 baht for all orders. Standard shipping normally takes approximately 2-5 business days.

3. For express mail service (EMS), we will charge additional 20 baht to the standard shipping rate (60 baht in total) for all orders.

4. For international customers, we will notify you the international shipping cost via e-mail upon receiving your order. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the package and destination country as per the standard rate for international registered mail by Thailand Post.
